- Fix and flip financing up to 80% loan-to-cost, with the potential for 100% when using approved cross-collateral (maximum loan amount of $600,000).
- Second loans starting at 10.99%, up to 50% combined loan-to-value (CLTV) for properties in the Los Angeles area.
Serving the Los Angeles area. No tax returns are required; we only need to verify the borrower\'s ability to make payments.
