Our purpose-built facilities offer comprehensive sound isolation for music creation and practice, catering to musical groups, producers, composers, vocalists, songwriters, percussionists, and other artists.

Service Overview

We provide private, 24/7 access studio spaces for production, band practice, and drumming in the North Hollywood/Van Nuys area. All studios are on a month-to-month lease with a three-month minimum.

Spaces & Pricing

PRODUCTION ROOMS (No live bands/drumming):

• 160 sq ft (including vocal booth) in NoHo Arts District for $1095/month. Available immediately.
• 200 sq ft (including vocal booth) in NoHo Arts District for $1295/month. Available late July.

BAND / PRODUCTION / DRUMMING SPACES:

• 150 sq ft in North Hollywood for $855/month. Available early September.
• 215 sq ft in NoHo Arts District for $1095/month. Available early September.
• 235 sq ft in Van Nuys for $1035/month. Available early September.
• 235 sq ft (exterior entry) in North Hollywood for $1175/month. Available early September.

SHARE OPPORTUNITY:

• 200 sq ft in NoHo. 50/50 split with existing tenant for $527.50/month.
