Caregiver, House Sitter, Property Manager, and similar services are available in the greater Southern California region for a live-in arrangement involving room, board, and a stipend.
Hello to all my neighbors. I am reaching out to my local communities to share that over the past twenty years, I have had the honor of providing live-in and property care for two wonderful women and three remarkable senior gentlemen. I am presently seeking another similar living opportunity.
I am a mature, responsible, and considerate individual. I am college-educated, a non-smoker, completely drug-free, and have no pets. My goal is to find a stable and peaceful living environment. If possible, I would be delighted to continue residing in the beautiful Malibu area for the foreseeable future, both personally and professionally.
I possess excellent personal and professional references, along with a flawless record and good credit. I am also more than willing to provide any interested parties with further information you may need, including more details about the services and skills I can offer, such as background checks or drug tests.
Ideally, I am looking for an arrangement involving a bedroom, guest house, cottage, or studio space. I would prefer to be located near the northwest coastal and valley areas, such as Malibu, Ventura, Topanga Canyon, Agoura, Westlake, Santa Barbara, or Ojai. That said, I am genuinely open and thankful for any opportunity that may arise, regardless of location.
