An established messenger service located on the Westside has an urgent opening for a skilled and professional dispatcher.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of direct experience within the messenger or courier industry.
• Must be fully bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient with computers, typing, internet navigation, and email communication.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and professional telephone etiquette are essential.
• Must be detail-focused and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently within a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting.
• Candidates should be dependable, honest, punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills are required.
