Position: Customer Service Representative for Irrigation and Synthetic Turf

A wholesale distributor of irrigation systems and synthetic turf, serving Southern California since 1987, is seeking a new team member to support the company\'s ongoing expansion.

Compensation: Base salary with additional commission.

Location: This role is based at our San Fernando Valley office.

Schedule:

• Must be available for the full shift.
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining existing customer accounts.
• Providing in-person and telephone support to both current and prospective clients.
• Processing and managing customer orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual with proficiency in reading and writing Spanish.
• Strong mathematical abilities, including calculating percentages, division, and multiplication.
• Possession of a valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
• Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
