Position: Electrical Assembler
We are looking for a driven and professional Electronic & Mechanical Assembler to become part of our team and advance their career with us. Ideal candidates will be meticulous, composed in high-pressure situations, and possess strong organizational capabilities. A genuine aptitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
The Assembler will be responsible for constructing sub-assemblies and full assemblies according to TSR design specifications. This involves detailed and sometimes repetitive wiring and mechanical work for a variety of projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical or mechanical systems, installing components, sub-assemblies, and wiring utilizing crimpers, soldering equipment, and hand tools including long-nose pliers and side cutters.
- Interpret and follow instructions, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Designer and Technical Design Department to integrate electrical components into mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections of wiring installations and completed assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

Required Candidate Experience:
- Wire and cable harness assembly.
- Electrical enclosure and control panel assembly.
- Cable and wire labeling.
Preferred Candidate Experience:
- Familiarity with UL 508A panel standards and other industrial or automation control wiring.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial harness wiring assembly and installation.
- Background in commercial low-voltage or audiovisual installation, including CAT6 cabling, IP cameras, access control wiring, and rack builds.
