We are currently growing our USDA-approved manufacturing site for fresh pasta, sauces, and prepared dishes—and we seek a practical, seasoned Food Production Manager to assist us in expanding while upholding quality and enthusiasm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily manufacturing of pasta, sauces, and ready-to-eat items.
  • Coordinate timetables, personnel, and workflow to fulfill restaurant and retail requirements.
  • Guarantee adherence to USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Keep production records, ensure labeling compliance, and maintain documentation.
  • Instruct, supervise, and inspire the production staff.
  • Handle inventory, raw materials, and optimize production yield.
  • Work alongside culinary and operations teams on new product development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years in food manufacturing management.
  • Demonstrated background in USDA-inspected production, particularly with meat or poultry.
  • Solid understanding of food safety protocols and process management.
  • Practical leadership abilities, experience in team training, and quality control.
  • Well-organized, dependable, and enthusiastic about traditional food.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish or Italian is beneficial.
