Seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Paralegal for either full-time or part-time employment. Remote work arrangements are available. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in filing legal documents, drafting stipulations and other pleadings, as well as handling Chapter 11 compliance matters and preparing schedules and plans for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant\'s level of experience.
