The role involves securing tenants for numerous compact studio units situated in a highly desirable area. The focus is exclusively on short-term and weekly rental agreements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Screening prospective tenants.
• Preparing and executing rental contracts.
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, aaalist, and local WhatsApp communities.
• General marketing of available units.
