About This Job

We are looking for a skilled on-site apartment manager to reside at the property and manage the daily functions of our 68-unit residential complex. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of property management, including upkeep and resident communications.
• Address and settle tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform routine inspections of the property to maintain established maintenance criteria.
• Guide prospective tenants through available units.
• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.

Required Skills

• Superior customer service abilities when interacting with residents and suppliers.
• Background in facilities management and supervising property maintenance tasks.
• Prior property management experience is desirable.
• Basic handyman skills are a plus.

This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule. Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
