- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to questions politely.
- Handle all parcels carefully to avoid loss or damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Use GPS and company software to track and update delivery progress.
- Adjust to various weather conditions and be able to lift and move packages.
