Warehouse Manager Position – Full-Time Employment (Compton)

A reliable and steady Warehouse Manager is required to oversee our daily operational activities. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals skilled in operating heavy machinery, maintaining warehouse order, and who are willing to engage in hands-on work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the seamless operation of daily warehouse functions.
• Managing the loading and unloading of customer orders.
• Guaranteeing the correct handling and storage of all materials.
• Coordinating schedules for deliveries, shipments, and receiving.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Providing support for shipping, receiving, and general material handling duties.
• Assisting with fundamental maintenance tasks for warehouse equipment and the facility.
• Contributing to additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts (with capacity up to 35,000 lbs).
• Substantial experience handling heavy-duty and out-of-gauge (OOG) products.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear and dependable communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working independently and making necessary decisions.
