About This Job
Seeking an individual for property maintenance responsibilities. Tasks include irrigation, lawn mowing, cutting and trimming vegetation, and litter collection. Some light painting work may also be required.
This is a straightforward, part-time position with consistent hours. The schedule is Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Candidates must be proficient in English and reside in the vicinity of Pasadena.
