Position Details

Job Description

Our company is a luxury apparel brand headquartered in Los Angeles. We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to our management team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys engaging with business-to-business clients and wishes to enhance their abilities through paid, on-site training led by an experienced team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive, manage, and track customer orders via telephone, e-commerce systems, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare and ship direct shipment orders.
  • Handle incoming queries and process orders received by phone or online.
  • Display an enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a solid commitment to teamwork.
  • Assist with social media initiatives and enter data into the internal customer relationship management system.
  • Work alongside management to remain informed about new products, services, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Superior communication and organizational capabilities.
  • A minimum of two years in a relevant, customer-focused role is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficiency with telephone communication and self-driven initiative for proactive lead generation is essential.
  • A cheerful, optimistic demeanor and a strong sense of personal accountability for one\'s work.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
