---Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous.
- Background in the furniture industry is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities
- Delivering support to the customer service team via phone and email.
- Addressing and answering customer queries and complaints.
- Updating and maintaining the customer database.
- Compiling documents and generating reports.
- Managing customer accounts and documenting all interactions.
- Applying product/service knowledge to respond to or direct inquiries.
- Completing other assigned duties as required.
Working Conditions
- Standard office setting.
- Must be able to work primarily seated, with occasional need to walk and use stairs.
