About This Job

Position: Customer Service Representative for a Construction Firm

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
  2. Examine and process contracts.
  3. Initiate new project files and maintain electronic records within the CRM system (QuickBase).
  4. Coordinate and schedule service appointments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the home improvement sector is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize duties.
  • Must be highly organized and attentive to details.
  • Comfortable and proficient with computer systems.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.

Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour, contingent upon relevant experience.
