Position: Appointment Confirmation Specialists Required for Construction Firm

Location: Valley Village, California

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold and warm calls, and follow up on internet-generated leads for construction services.
2. Arrange and coordinate meetings with potential clients.
3. Verify scheduled appointments and re-engage with previous leads.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum of six months of experience in appointment confirmation or telemarketing within the construction industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
3. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
4. Proficient with computer systems and software.
5. Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.

Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities.
