Residential general construction company seeks an in-office, self-motivated individual for a role with a range of stimulating and varied duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a personal assistant and manage office operations.
- Oversee construction projects, including visits to job sites.
- Utilize Builder Trend management software (prior experience is advantageous).
- Support the company estimator with research and some estimating tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in construction estimating is beneficial.
- The ability to read construction plans is essential.
- We are looking for a candidate with a pleasant, approachable demeanor and a friendly telephone presence.
