Hello,
We have recently sold our home and are now traveling while working. We are seeking a charming room, guest house, or pool house to rent. An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) would also be perfectly suitable. We are both employed, do not smoke, have no pets or children, possess strong credit scores, and can provide excellent references. We are quiet tenants who do not host parties or create disturbances and seek a peaceful environment.
Our budget is between $1300 and $2000 per month. We are interested in a month-to-month or other short-term rental arrangement.
