Vortex Land is a distinctive four-plex community encompassing 6,600 square feet. The property features two same-gender apartments, each offering a combination of private rooms and shared bedrooms for residents of the same gender.
Monthly Rates
- $1,000 for a queen-sized bunk bed space.
- $2,000 for a private room.
Each unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Attached garage parking is available for an additional $250 per month. All utilities, WiFi, and bi-weekly professional cleaning services are covered.
The community provides shared amenities including bicycles, surfboards, and boogie boards. A common area is equipped for aerial yoga, and the roof deck features a gas fire pit.
