I am a single professional male seeking a long-term rental of a guesthouse. I am considerate, maintain a quiet lifestyle, and have a consistent record of early or timely bill payments.

My current residence is in Orange County, and I commute to my workplace in Torrance, where my schedule involves extended hours. My primary need is for a clean, peaceful, and private retreat to relax after work. The ideal location would be situated between Long Beach and El Segundo. I am also willing to consider areas extending out toward Pasadena.

I seldom host visitors, with the exception of occasional family members traveling from out of town. I consider myself a dependable and conscientious tenant and am available to address any inquiries you might have by phone or email.
