I possess a housing subsidy amounting to $575 per month, provided through the General Relief Pilot Program. I am seeking a landlord willing to accept payments made directly to them via program-issued checks. In addition to this subsidy, I can contribute a further $600 monthly toward rent, bringing the total monthly budget to $1175.

My search is for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. I am not interested in shared living arrangements.
