Monthly Pet Rent: $50 | Pet Deposit: $450
Notes: Approved pets include cats, dogs, and fish (with a 50-gallon tank limit, subject to prior written management approval). Other animals may be considered with management approval. The limit is two pets per apartment. Fees are as follows: Cats require a $400 deposit and a $50 monthly fee per cat. Dogs require a $400 deposit and a $50 monthly fee per dog. Please note that breed restrictions are in effect.
